Breakfast is served every morning between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m.

• Selection of teas and herbal infusions from Palais des Thés.

• Seasonal organic fruit, to enjoy whole or prepare with the juice extractor.
• Plain homemade yogurt.
• Muesli.
• Dark chocolate.
• Pastries (croissant or chocolatine).
• Fresh organic breads from Fournil de Boïens.
• One homemade pastry.
• Honey, jams, unsalted butter, and salted butter.

This organization allows me to prepare your breakfast from 7:00 a.m. onward while prioritizing fresh products and avoiding the waste associated with a traditional buffet.
